Our Studio
Ishiyama Jujitsu Academy practices Dan Zan Ryu which is a Japanese style of Jujitsu from Hawaii. Dan Zan Ryu is a modern blend of Yoshin Ryu; one of the oldest styles of Jujitsu, Judo and Shorin Ryu Karate. Our classes and curriculum is structured based on age. The curriculum covers Judo throws, mat work, combinations and basic self defense. All of our techniques are taught in a safety focused environment that blends traditional instruction with modernity. We are the only studio that teaches Dan Zan Ryu in Metro Atlanta.
